Our story

About Life Phyte.

We help Christians take ownership of their next chapter: a stronger body, a sharper mind, and a life aligned with their God-given purpose.

Why we started

Raising up Champions in Christ.

“I was stuck where a lot of people are stuck. God didn’t just restore my life. He called me to help restore others.”Gabriel Ting, Founder

Life Phyte began with one man’s way out: a diagnosis, six medications, a night at the lake, and a verse that changed the direction of everything. What followed was a body that got stronger, a mind that cleared, and a faith that held.

That road became a method. Train the body, discipline the mind, anchor it all in Scripture, and build something that outlasts you. We call the people who walk it Champions in Christ, and we call the road The Champion’s Protocol.

Based in Oklahoma City. Every program, every scoop and every conversation is built here, by the person whose name is on it.

Ollie, the olive tree

Our mascot

His name is Ollie.

He is our mascot for a number of reasons, all of which are important.

First, Ollie is an olive tree. In the cruelest and driest environments in the world, he is able to bear fruit. The fruit he creates is used almost every day, from oils to pizza. It is good for the heart, helping prevent heart disease, and it strengthens the bones. Ollie has stood the test of time, thriving in places where many cannot endure the hardship.

But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.Jeremiah 17:7–8

As we grow through hardships and push through the desert and arid climate of life, we are able to thrive under immense pressure. Our confidence is in the Lord, and we bear fruit that feeds many, every fall, without fail, no matter what the season is like. We see, with open eyes, the knowledge and wisdom of the world around us: life and death, growth and rebirth, time and time again.

Small on purpose. You work directly with the person who built the Protocol, start to finish.

Gabriel Ting
Founder / Coach

Gabriel Ting

Gabriel founded Life Phyte after his own recovery from bipolar depression, a recovery that ran through the gym, the Bible and a string of mentors who showed up at the right time. He graduated college in three years, rebuilt his body twice, the second time after a broken scapula, and learned business through trading and physical therapy.

Today he coaches The Champion’s Protocol one-on-one, formulates the Daily Provisions line with a manufacturer in Oklahoma City, and writes everything on this site himself. His focus has not changed: people who are stuck where he once was, and the trials that become testimonies.

His story ↗

What we live by

Core values.

Purposeful

Every habit answers a why. If it does not serve the calling, it goes.

Poised

Calm under load. Strength that does not need to announce itself.

Pragmatic

What works, written plainly. Doses on the label, plans you can do in a hotel room.

Persistent

A bad week is not a bad month. We keep showing up.

Patient

Things that last are built slowly. Twelve weeks, then twelve more.

Prosperous

Health, time and relationships, in that order. Money follows value.
